چکیده
In this paper, we construct a new model based on the coupling of thermoelasticity, plasma, and microelongation effect under volumetric absorption laser pulse. Three different thermoelasticity theories are applied to in 2D thermoelastic semiconducting medium whose properties temperature-dependent. The surface is exposed radiation having spatial temporal Gaussian distributions; addition, considered traction-free. general solutions were obtained analytically via Laplace Fourier transformations; for inverse, use well-known Riemann sum approximation. As an application consistency validation, silicon material used.

Internal heat source in a temperature dependent thermoelastic half space with microtemperatures
A two dimensional deformation due to internal heat source in a thermoelastic solid with microtemperatures under the dependence of modulus of elasticity and thermal conductivity on reference temperature has been studied. A mechanical force of constant magnitude is applied at the free surface of thermoelastic half space. The normal modes technique has been applied to obtain the exact expressions ...

15 صفحه اولThermoelastic wave induced by pulsed laser heating
In this work, a generalized solution for the thermoelastic plane wave in a semi-infinite solid induced by pulsed laser heating is developed. The solution takes into account the non-Fourier effect in heat conduction and the coupling effect between temperature and strain rate, which play significant roles in ultrashort pulsed laser heating. Based on this solution, calculations are conducted to st...
متن کاملGeneration of Love Wave in a Media with Temperature Dependent Properties Over a Heterogeneous Substratum
The present paper deals with the generation of Love waves in a layer of finite thickness over an initially stressed heterogeneous semi-infinite media. The rigidity and density of the layer are functions of temperature, i.e. they are temperature dependent. The lower substratum is an initially stressed medium and its rigidity and density vary linearly with the depth. The frequency relation of Lo...
